Krpan Group is a diversified family-owned private real estate company with origins in land development and a history that stretches back to 1973. Since then, we have expanded into a vertically integrated real estate company with residential, industrial, office, and commercial divisions. Our portfolio includes millions of square feet of business park, prestige office, and commercial projects that we have developed, built, and manage in-house, in addition to having received approval for and/or constructed 10,000 homes. With a proven track record, Krpan Group has been quietly changing the real estate landscape in the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area for nearly half a century.
